Bjarke Ingels has just returned from the inauguration of his new skyscraper “One High Line” – two twisted glass towers that look as if they are dancing together on the Hudson River. Complete with wetlands, kayak pools, swimming beaches, “so that New Yorkers can finally swim in the East River again.”
