Görlitz: One dead and several injured in the fire in Kottmar

A man died in a house fire in Kottmar in the Görlitz district on Friday afternoon. Two other people, a man and a woman, were injured and taken to the hospital, the police said on Friday evening when asked. All three people had lived in the house. The officials had started investigations on suspicion of negligent arson, it said. For the time being, the police did not provide any further information, such as the amount of damage caused.
