The heritage department of the Olympic City is hosting workshops and meetings to help people learn more about the city. A screening-meeting will be held at the Abbey of Tamie bubble on Thursday, June 2nd, 6:30 p.m. Pierre Dubourgeat, a double master’s in history and heritage, will lead the meeting. He will discuss his discovery of one Savoie’s oldest documents.

A new heritage break will take place during lunch on Tuesday, June 7. It will be dedicated the Bandstand Square Soutiras. At 2:30 pm, a mosaic workshop at the Museum of Art and History will be held. The spotlight will be on Sunday, June 12, when Conflans, a medieval city, will be featured. Guided tours will be offered between 2:30 and 4 p.m. to show the residents of yesteryear. The Conflans Museum of Art and History will host an Initiation to Gilding Workshop on Wednesday, June 15th at 2:30 pm. This is in celebration of Father’s Day. The workshop is for children between 8-12 years of age.
