But: Customers have to search for a long time before they find what they need. “It’s actually very clearly regulated by law in Germany: If I conclude a contract or subscription online, then as a consumer I must also be able to cancel this subscription very easily online, for example using a clearly visible cancellation button,” says Perduss.
