Changeable and windy weather conditions are expected in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland in the coming days. On Wednesday it will initially be overcast and partly rainy before there will be rain showers in the afternoon and evening, as the German Weather Service (DWD) in Offenbach announced on Wednesday. A moderate south-west wind will blow with strong to stormy gusts, gusts of wind are expected in crest areas. The maximum temperatures are between 8 and 12 degrees.

Also on Thursday the meteorologists expect cloudy and occasionally rainy conditions. The temperatures reach 9 to 14 degrees, at high altitudes only 8 degrees. In the mountains there are sometimes strong to stormy gusts. It will be gray and slightly rainy on Friday – with highs between 8 and 13 degrees.
