Coach Edin Terzic is changing Borussia Dortmund’s starting eleven to three positions for the DFB Cup round of 16 at VfB Stuttgart on Wednesday (8.45 p.m./ZDF and Sky). Former captain Marco Reus and national players Julian Brandt and Niclas Füllkrug are initially on the bench three days after BVB’s 1-1 draw in the Bundesliga at Bayer Leverkusen. Karim Adeyemi, Youssoufa Moukoko and Salih Özcan start for the trio.
At VfB, the in-form strikers Serhou Guirassy and Deniz Undav once again form a dual leadership. Winger Josha Vagnoman is in the starting line-up for the first time this season, pushing Pascal Stenzel to the bench. In the league, Stuttgart won 2-1 against Dortmund three and a half weeks ago.
