Cervelló hosts the Nature Film Festival for the fifth consecutive year, from May 25 to 29, an example of the love that culture professes for the environment, because green is life, says Roc Checa, director of the event. Cervelló is very well accessible since the variant of the N-340 was inaugurated. A municipality of forests, hermitages, fountains, precipices, Romanesque churches and caves, it is the ideal setting for this festival in which all genres have a place: horror, drama, comedy, fantasy, documentaries, animation…, but with respect by nature. Admission to the Ateneu Civic Center is free and, in addition to the official section with films from Spain, the Dominican Republic, Italy, Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay, Iran, France, Germany, Canada, Belgium and the USA, eight short films shot in Cervello.

The festival will close with the screening of ‘Alcarrás’, the award-winning film by Carla Simón.
