The Socialist Parliamentary Group has proposed the lawyer Fernando Andújar Hernández to preside over the Chamber of Accounts, an external control body dependent on the Cortes of Castilla-La Mancha, as socialist sources have confirmed to Europa Press.

Andújar Hernández (Hellín, 1963) has been a member of the Consultative Council of Castilla-La Mancha since July 2016, he graduated in Law from the University of Castilla-La Mancha and since 1996 he is a member of the Albacete Bar Association, although currently does not exercise

External lawyer of the City Council of Hellín between 1997 and 2003, he has taught at the School of Citizen Protection of Castilla-La Mancha and in the extension of the UNED of Hellín.

The parliamentary groups with parliamentary representation –PSOE, PP and Ciudadanos– have until this Thursday to present their candidacies to preside over this body.

Andújar Hernández has a technical urban planning diploma from the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP), a diploma in Business Management and Administration from the Higher Institute for Business Development (ISDE) and a master’s degree in Health Law and Bioethics from UCLM.

Similarly, he is an expert in Social Security from the UCLM, a university expert in Criminal Procedure Practice from the UNED or a specialist in Canonical Matrimonial Law from the UCLM.
