Federal Constitutional Court publishes decision on repeat elections in Berlin

They lodged a constitutional complaint and combined it with an application for an injunction. The elections for the House of Representatives and for the district assemblies in Berlin on September 26 were sometimes chaotic. Ballots were missing from some polling stations, and some closed temporarily or stayed open too late. The re-election was scheduled for February 12.
