The 35-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a collision between a motorcycle and a car in Lotte (Steinfurt district). According to the police, the motorcyclist was driving his motorcycle north on Bahnhofstrasse on Friday evening when a 68-year-old came towards him with his car. When he wanted to turn left onto Am Kronenpohl, the vehicles collided. The motorcyclist died from his injuries at the scene of the accident. The driver was reportedly unharmed. While the accident was being recorded, Bahnhofstrasse was temporarily closed. The property damage is estimated at around 30,000 euros.
