This Easter we’re going big: All recipes come from British celebrity chef Jamie Oliver. We start with an oriental egg salad and a bright green quiche. The main course is lamb shanks with Mediterranean vegetables. What’s special: All of these dishes are very easy to prepare – and are ideal for sharing with the entire Easter community. The sweet finish can be spooned straight from the pan: lemon cheesecake.

Ingredients for 1 quiche:

2 ripe avocados (200 g each), halved and pitted

400 g wheat flour type 405, mixed with 5 ½ teaspoons baking powder, plus flour for processing

6 large free range eggs

300 g peas (frozen), 90 g cheddar

½ bunch of basil (15 g)

100 g mixed leaf salads

extra virgin olive oil
