After shots outside a shisha bar in Hamburg left one dead, several people were temporarily arrested late on Sunday evening. A police spokesman said this on Monday. The officers found them near the crime scene.
Several witnesses heard the shots in the Poppenbüttel district in the northeast of the city on Sunday evening and called the emergency number. According to initial findings, shots were fired when the man stepped outside the bar. First responders tried unsuccessfully to resuscitate the victim. The man died from his injuries at the scene. Police have not yet released any information about his identity.
