Teeth shimmer like a string of pearls when we talk, laugh, sing or scream. However, it takes a while before you can smile completely: by the age of six months, babies’ lower incisors are showing through their gums. Between the start of school and puberty, the permanent teeth replace the milk teeth. Exception: the wisdom teeth.
