The president of International Financial Analysts (AFI), Emilio Ontiveros, shared a table this Wednesday with a group of journalists and communication directors from large companies based in Madrid and members of the Conecta Club to analyze the situation in Castilla-La Mancha in the new economic context arising from the conflict in Ukraine and the increase in inflation and energy prices.

Once again with the Palacio de Cibeles restaurant of Grupo Adolfo, as the setting and sponsored by Aqualia, Club Conecta has once again met, in this case with the former president of the Social Council of the University of Castilla La Mancha between 2015 and 2019.

A native of Ciudad Real and awarded Castilian-Manchego of the year in 2009 by the Casa de Castilla La Mancha in Madrid, Ontiveros stands out as one of the most prestigious economists in Spain.

Also Professor Emeritus of Business Economics at the Autonomous University of Madrid, he is a member of the Board of Directors of companies such as Mutua Madrileña, Iberdrola España and Torreal.

Club Conecta brings together more than 70 journalists and communicators from Castilla-La Mancha in Madrid to highlight the region’s cultural, social and economic heritage. This club, whose members include directors and journalists of the most important national and regional media, as well as communication directors of large companies and consultants, thus continues with its forums, in which it will hold meetings with the main political, business, cultural figures and social of Castilla-La Mancha.
