Mönchengladbach’s Christoph Kramer (31) suffered a concussion in the Bundesliga game at FC Augsburg. The midfielder was hit in the head by a free kick in the 0-1 draw on Wednesday evening shortly before the change of sides and then had to be treated for a few minutes on the pitch. Kramer was gone for a “few seconds” and had a headache, reported coach Daniel Farke after Gladbach’s second defeat of the Bundesliga year. The 2014 world champion was substituted at half-time for Florian Neuhaus. After the change, Kramer missed the team with his style of play, Farke complained.
