The second division football club 1. FC Magdeburg is planning its future with Daniel Elfadli. The 25-year-old extended his contract early on Monday, as announced by the FCM. The midfielder switched from regional league club VfR Aalen to the Elbe in the summer. Elfadli was used in eleven league games and once in the DFB Cup. He also made his debut for the Libyan national team.
“Daniel is the kind of transfer you want him to be. We got him from Aalen in the regional league. He has developed extremely well and is now giving us stability in the sixth position,” said coach Christian Titz. Head of sport Otmar Schork emphasized: “His potential has not yet been exhausted and we will still have a lot of fun with him.”
