After the Easter holidays, the Thuringians expect isolated thunderstorms and stormy gusts. As the German Weather Service (DWD) announced on Tuesday, the day started cloudy and rainy. In the course of the morning there will be brief thunderstorms, with stormy gusts especially in the mountains. Towards evening the wind then decreases – with maximum temperatures between 12 and 14 degrees. During the night the clouds mostly clear and it stays free of rain. Light frost occurs near the ground. It cools down to lows of between one and four degrees.

On Wednesday some clouds will gather again, at times it will rain. There are gusts of wind and occasional stormy gusts. The maximum values ​​are between 12 and 14 degrees. During the night the rain subsides and the sky loosens up a bit. Temperatures between two and five degrees are expected.

Thursday begins again overcast, only in the course of the day does it rain, especially in western Thuringia. According to the DWD, there should be no more gusts of wind. The temperatures are between 11 and 14 degrees. In the night to Friday it will remain cloudy with locally occurring frost. It cools down to between one and three degrees.
