After 80 goldfish were stolen from a garden pond in Upper Bavaria, unknown persons brought the animals back. As the police announced today, three days after discovering the theft in Waldkraiburg east of Munich, the owner found that all the animals were safely swimming in the pond again.
According to the information, it was initially unclear who stole them and brought them back. The officials said that they would continue to receive “indications of the remorseful perpetrator”. The police investigated for theft and breach of the peace.
