FC Bayern Munich has apparently once again targeted England star Harry Kane when looking for a new centre-forward.
As the pay TV broadcaster Sky reported, the captain of the English national team is said to have given positive signals after the German record champions had explored the chances of a change with the consultants. Accordingly, Kane had conveyed to Bayern that a transfer to Säbener Straße was his goal if the 29-year-old left his current club Tottenham Hotspur this summer for an engagement abroad.
According to Sky, the Bayern bosses would assume internally that they could get the top scorer for less than 100 million euros if a final commitment was made. Kane’s contract with the Spurs runs until the end of June 2024. The “Bild” newspaper also reported that Bayern are initially only concentrating on Kane when looking for a center forward.
Victor Osimhen (24) from SSC Napoli no longer seems to be a hot candidate. According to Sky, this was also communicated to the Nigerian’s management. Frankfurt’s Randal Kolo Muani also no longer seems to be a serious issue for Munich given the high transfer fee demanded by Eintracht.
