Despite a fall, cyclist Primoz Roglic from the German Bora-hansgrohe team remains in the first overall yellow jersey at the 63rd Tour of the Basque Country. The Slovenian fell on the third stage from Ezpeleta to Altsasu a good 40 kilometers from the finish and was temporarily left behind.
