Nicklas Bendtner opens up about the debacle: ‘It was 100 percent my fault’

There has been said and written about Nicklas Bendtner since he returned home to Denmark in the summer.

And the talk has not become less, after her autobiography “Both sides” hit the Danish market in the beginning of november, where Bendtner opens up for both the ups and downs of a life that has seen little of each.

In an interview with TV3 Sport deepens Nicklas Bendtner now some of the big downs as the attacker has seen in his career, where he was convicted of driving under the influence back in 2013.

“It was 100 percent my fault, and I was pretty down over the fact that now we had through this circus a second time,” says Nicklas Bendtner in the interview, as you can see in the top of the article.

Then got Bendtner deprived of the driving license of three years Supertotobet and a fine of the whole 842.000 crowns, after he was caught with a bac of 1.74.

“There are many situations outside of the track, where I really have kept silent though, and like tried to cushion things and felt that I stood for the shot. Where the press ran on and on and on without a reservation for me and my family, and what ægteheden of the history has been,” said Bendtner to TV3 Sport, and continues.

“When it has been 100 percent self-inflicted, you can also well to take a look inward and say, you have simply been a klaphat, and have done something stupid.”
