Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp must arm themselves with patience before he finds out how wrong it is to with the team’s central midfielder Fabinho, who had to retire with an injury in Wednesday’s Champions League clash against Napoli.
The brazilian midfielder was injured after just 19 minutes and replaced with the dutchman Georginio Wijnaldum.
– The paramount right now is Fabinhos damage, says Klopp.
– It is still early, and we all hope that it is not too serious. But it is pretty painful, and especially in the area around the ankle and shin, you will not be hurt, adds the German.
He hopes that there is new about Fabinho either Thursday or Friday.
