Forbrugerfesten Black Friday took place on Friday with the wild offers, which in some cases seemed too good to be true.

In some cases they were also.

It was the case for lots of løbeentusiaster, who had hunted a good deal of Nordic Race. Here you could receive up to 100 percent discount on a ticket to the coveted race.

More people comes however with disappointed messages on Facebook, when they subsequently received an e-mail with the message that they have not received the rebate yet.

One of them is Heidi Chie Inoue Haustrøm that sat ready at the computer with a friend up to the fact that the offer was available.

“You got sent to eight vouchers, and from them one could get from a 15 per cent discount, up to 100 percent,” she says:

“We got an email that it was confirmed, and we had got the tickets, but two hours later we got an email that our tickets are invalid and an offer to get 20% discount instead.”

The message, wondering why Heidi Chie Inoue Haustrøm still over.

“My friend and I were going crazy. We talked about that we should contact the Consumer ombudsman,” she says.

At the Nordic Race ended Black Friday with to be extremely black Friday, tells Jonas Elming, who is the founder and co-owner of the Nordic Race.

“We had programmed the codes that they could apply the ‘x’number of times, so when there was ‘x’number of people who had used the codes, they would not work anymore. Unfortunately there was an error, so one of the codes had not a limitation on, and it was of course the code that gave 100 percent discount,” he says and adds that there should have been a limit of three free tickets:

“There are several hundred that have been given a free ticket, so when you expect it to dollars and cents, it becomes about 200,000 crowns. We are a tiny store, so we simply can’t say ‘never mind never mind’.”

you Ought to not ensure you that there is a track of the technique, when In the promise as good of Oslobet a deal?

“you can be completely right. I can’t explain other than the fact that I have made it here eight years, and we have for the last five years used the same system to make the codes with. So how it can be done, unfortunately I can’t answer. It is simply the worst Black Friday I’ve been to in my life.”

Some of B. T.’s readers are perhaps some of those who have been promised more than you could keep, what would you say to them?

“I can’t say other than that we have been sitting on our little office in Copenhagen and welcomed us over the gimmick, as Black Friday was going to be. We sat and cheered when we saw how many there were on the site. Afterwards I can’t remember, that has been so bad mood before.”

Save even an excuse?

“Yes, it is a big excuse. We are insanely bored of it, which has happened. I am well aware that people not only feel cheated, but that we have also wasted many people’s time when they have been sitting ready at the computer. I can’t explain how it could happen, but it is a big excuse,” says Jonas Elming.

For Heidi Chie Inoue Haustrøms, it is not certain that she will accept the offer of 20 percent.

“I have not decided yet. For me it seems like a reklamestunt in order to attract more customers and afterwards eat them by 20 percent,” she says.
