Farewell to Goodison Park. Hello to Bramley-Moore Dock.
The English football club Everton must have a new stadium, and it will be a spectacular one of its kind.
At least if you believe some of the plans, as the Premier League club have just published.
According to the plans, should the new stadium have space for the whole 52.000 spectators, and it is over 15,000 more seats than at Goodison Park, which was built back in 1892.
In Liverpool-the club can not get my arms down over the new project:
“Getting the plans approved, it becomes a stadium in the world and a catalyst for the Liverpool City Region’s continued growth and success,” said Everton ceo Denise Barrett-Baxendale for the club’s website.
the Stadium is expected to cost in the region of 4.4 billion, stemming Danish kroner, and construction is scheduled to be finished by 2023/2024 season.
On Twitter has several fans have already commented on the prospect of the new stadium:
‘the Future looks bright.”If this comes through, then I take my hat off to Everton.”This here looks like a great stadium. It will be good for the city.”It is ready for the Ancelottis (New Everton manager, red.) hold.’
