Gökmen Uluhan is since many years a Trainer in adult and youth field. In this Interview, he explains how he sees the present time morals and values in football.
Gökmen Uluhan has already trained many teams in the adult and Junior area. Among other things, he led the E-juniors of Türkgücü Erding 2019 to the district final victory in the mercury CUP. He is currently trained by D 1-youth of the JFG Sempt Erding.
Mr Uluhan, have you ever witnessed situations where the fair play idea in the truest sense of the word, with feet kicked?
of course There are always situations where you ask yourself if there’s some fair play or morality play a big role. As the men’s coach, it happened to me that an enemy player was actually fouled two yards outside of the penalty area and the referee to the extent that was gone, that he decided on the spot. He then asked the player who has been fouled, and has said that he was within.
How do you teach your young players the values of, for example, morality – and that it is not without justice in to each other?
convey That to the players, is simpler than the parents, or spectators. In Training I try to teach children, in which I play the unfair referee, and then say: Look, how beautiful is it, therefore, remains always fair.
do you Believe that values such as morality are generally estimated to be always less?
Where does the way lead? Yes, I think that it is more difficult than in the past, because everywhere is always pressure to succeed prevails. So in the end it is only about winning, whether fair or unfair – no matter. It will be better, I hope, but faith, I don’t do this. Everyone was going to be Disadvantaged, so everyone will know what a feeling this is fair and should remain. wk
