The government apprêterait to alleviate the health protocol in enterprises, stipulating in particular that telework is no longer necessarily the norm, and replacing the rule of the “4 m2 per employee” by a mere distance of a meter, according to a draft unveiled Monday night by The Echoes.
According to the economic daily, the new health protocol, that the minister of Labour Muriel Pénicaud has to unveil this week, to abandon the current rule, which limits the number of employees simultaneously present on the premises – on the basis of four square metres per employee. Instead, the new document states that ” each employee must be able to provide a space enabling him to comply with the rule of detachment physics at least one metre compared to any other person.” The text also states that ” telework is no longer the standard to focus on, except for workers at risk of serious form of Covid-19, and at their request “, according to the newspaper.
The Medef is demanding a “return to normal” fast
