According to the US-American electro-mobility magazine InsideEVs, Tesla reported the driver to be able to only with a load capacity of up to 120 kilowatts of Tesla’s Super chargers power refueling. The lower the charging power, the longer it is until the battery is fully charged. And who wants to spend an unnecessary amount of time at a charging station?
The complaints mainly come from Portugal, Spain, Sweden, the UK and “most other countries in which the vehicles are sold” as InsideEVs reports.
High temperatures or cost Trick?
Some Tesla driver speculate that the high temperatures are necessary for the performance of waste responsible. Others believe that the Problem is of a financial nature. The charging costs depend inter alia on the duration of the charging process. It, therefore, it is no longer on the connector, achieves Tesla greater profits. So far, this is pure speculation. The US electric car maker has not spoken officially to the problem.
