TURIN – One of the three singers of Il Volo is positive for Covid. The performance of the trio scheduled for the final of the Eurovision Song Contest on Saturday evening would be at risk. On the stage of the Palaolimpico in Turin, Il Volo, as a guest, would most likely have proposed Grande Amore, a song with which he won the Sanremo Festival in 2015.
While their world tour “Il Volo sings Morricone and more” is scheduled to start on Sunday 15 May, in which Piero Barone, Gianluca Ginoble and Ignazio Boschetto are accompanied by the symphony orchestra. The tout will touch the main European cities and then land in the United States. First stop: Barcelona.
