Viladecans will celebrate this weekend, from 14 to 15 May, the 50th anniversary of the Fira de Sant Isidre, fully recovering the presence of this event that will show the agricultural, commercial and associative vitality of the town of Baix Llobregat.
“It will be a fair of greater dimensions than previous editions and with much more force, given the desire we have to meet again on the street and for the city to enjoy itself again”, underlined the mayor of Viladecans, Carles Ruiz, during a meeting with journalists.
After the suspension of the 2020 event and the 2021 special edition, with a mainly virtual format to avoid crowds, the event, which will be held in parallel with the 20th Exhibition of Entities, recovers its usual spirit at the fairgrounds Cúbic and its surroundings, where shops, companies and local associations will be exhibited.
“The Fira has always been the meeting place for Viladecans, commerce, entities and institutions. Once again, after the covid crisis and two difficult years, we will meet again with all the vigor and strength, with more exhibitors and more desire than ever”, emphasized the mayor.
