Baking powder 15 ml 1 tbsp. soup

A pinch of salt

Vanilla extract 5 ml 1 tbsp. tea

Chia seeds (or insect powder) 20 g 2 tbsp. soup

Oat flour (or wheat or gluten-free mix) 120 g 1 cup

Quick-cooking rolled oats (gluten-free) 135 g 1 1⁄2 cups

Chopped walnuts 120 g 1 cup
