Bordeaux International Fair ended its doors on Sunday, May 29, with more than 200,000 people attending over a week. The Fair team says that “after nine days of meetings the first feedback was generally a good business level.” Philippe Autran (CEB president) reiterates the “beautiful shock” of a 15% increase in attendance.

The success of the Village of Innovations and the Geek Festival were two of the highlights of this edition of the “reunion”.

The next Fair is in the works. CEB will announce two new events in the interim: “Home by La Foire” from November 10-14, a fair focusing on “well-living at Home”. “Outdoor by Fair” is a fair that focuses on the garden (balconies and terraces as well as gardens and swimming pools) from February 24 to 26. The next Fair will be held from May 13-21 and will mark its 100th year.
