On Saturday, May 21, the Parc de la Seguinie hosted a Game Festival organized by Terres de jeu, an inter-municipal toys library. This association is chaired by Quitterie Guimbertaud and has 185 members. The toy library is run by about fifteen volunteers. Anyone who is interested in getting involved in the local community can join them. They are willing to share their knowledge, energy, and a bit of their time.

Many attractions were available for both young and old on Saturday. Outside the castle, a space was set up with large games for children. The castle’s most patient was greeted with a 1,000-piece puzzle challenge. Toys and toddlers could be accommodated in the room. A second space was available for escape games. A second room was designated for games involving drawing. Parents and children were also able discover the albums of Herve Tulllet, a French author of children’s books. Birthday parties can also be arranged by the toy library. You can also rent major disguises and games.
