Mr. Haaf, according to crime statistics, one in ten child sexual abuse cases in Germany in 2022 were committed by a woman. Nevertheless, when you think about this topic, you often only think of male perpetrators – why do you think that is? Most people don’t trust women to be able to do something so cruel to children. Women can act just as recklessly as men in order to satisfy their urges. I also believe that the number of unreported cases of female perpetrators is much higher – they are better at concealing their crimes.
