Burglars in Leipzig were caught red-handed via live images of the apartment owner. While they were breaking in, the 36-year-old was sent images of the crime and called the police. The police said an arrest warrant was issued against the three suspects on Thursday.
According to police, the men had forced their way into the apartment on Wednesday night, where no one was in at the time. The burglars searched the rooms. The tenant was able to follow what was happening via a video camera in his apartment. The alerted police temporarily arrested three men aged 28, 31 and 39 in the hallway. On Thursday they were presented to a judge and taken into custody.
