This package clearly did not contain the ordered goods: In the western Lake Constance district, a 74-year-old man was delivered a package containing drugs instead of an ordered kitchen appliance. As the Ravensburg police headquarters announced, the package contained several grams of marijuana and hashish. Investigators suspect that the two deliveries were probably mixed up during shipping.
According to the information, the man ordered the device online. When he received the package containing drugs earlier this week, he reported the incident to the police. A spokesman did not want to say where exactly the incident occurred and what kitchen appliance was involved “for reasons of investigation tactics”.
The officials have not yet been able to determine who was supposed to receive the drugs and whether the actual recipient was now enjoying a new kitchen appliance. In the current hustle and bustle surrounding “Black Friday”, retailers are heavily advertising the sale of all kinds of bargains. It’s probably not surprising that sometimes a package is delivered incorrectly.
