A heavily intoxicated man left the road on his bicycle in Paderborn and fell in the green verge. According to a police report, the 38-year-old was barely responsive when the accident was recorded, and a breath alcohol test showed a blood alcohol content of 4.06. The man was taken to a hospital as a precaution for further tests. A criminal case was initiated against the 38-year-old for drunk driving.
