With the start of November, the late summer weather in Germany is over and it is getting more autumnal. Deep “Karsta” takes over the weather control, as the German Weather Service in Offenbach announced on Monday.

On Tuesday, a front with dense clouds will move east or south-east, and it is supposed to rain in some places. From the west it loosens up again. The south to southwest wind brings stormy gusts, especially for the north and west, which, according to the meteorologists, can give rise to a certain autumn feeling. The temperatures should be between 14 and 19 degrees.

According to the meteorologists, it will cool down further in the course of the week. On Wednesday, the highs are still between 13 and 17 degrees. In the north it was initially cloudy with showers and isolated thunderstorms. Otherwise it is mostly cloudy, but it could rain at most in the Alps. Stormy gusts are possible in the north, as well as gusts of wind at times on the sea and in the higher mountains.

Thursday will bring some more sun in the south and east, while it will be wetter in the west and north. The temperatures rise to 12 to 14 degrees, on the Rhine and in the east another 16 degrees could be reached. In the further course it will be very changeable at 10 to 15 degrees. The nights initially remain frost-free.
