Around three hours after landing and three days before the NFL game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the Allianz Arena, the 2014 Superbowl winner drove five buses to the FC Bayern Munich training ground. Wrapped up in hoodies and hats, the team around quarterback Geno Smith had running units and loose passing exercises on the program. The Buccaneers with superstar Tom Brady should arrive in Munich on Friday.
The Bavarian state capital will host the first NFL game in Germany on Sunday (3.30 p.m.). In the next three years, Munich will share three more main round games in the world’s best football league with Frankfurt.
