The women’s volleyball team at Dresdner SC mastered their mandatory task in the round of 16 of the DVV Cup with ease. The Dresden team won 3-0 (25:17, 25:17, 25:12) at second division club VfL Oythe on Saturday. The six-time cup winner thus moved into the quarter-finals. The DSC had celebrated their first win of the season in the Bundesliga during the week after two defeats at the beginning of the season against VC Neuwied.
