VfB sporting director Sven Mislintat makes no secret of the fact that he is dissatisfied with the situation of the two loanees Ömer Beyaz and Mateo Klimowicz. The duo could return to Stuttgart in the winter.

This is reported by the newspaper publisher Waiblingen. Klimowicz (Arminia Bielefeld) and Beyaz (1.FC Magdeburg) are both on loan in the 2nd Bundesliga, but don’t get the chance they had hoped. “Both have the quality to play in both Magdeburg and Bielefeld and you have to have a really good team when they’re not on the pitch,” explained Mislintat.

Klimowicz has only played six competitive matches so far, Beyaz has only made four substitutions. Both young professionals have been out for weeks. Since Bielefeld and Magdeburg are deep in the relegation battle, both teams rely primarily on experience and less on the two Stuttgart talents.

The VfB sports director commented on the situation as follows: “It’s a pity – but we’ll get that corrected. I know Ömer and Mateo. And both have what it takes to play in these teams.”

In winter they want to talk to those responsible in Bielefeld and Magdeburg. If it turns out that the Swabian loan players should continue to be only substitutes, VfB wants to bring their youngsters back early.
