The four victims of the violent crime in Weilheim, Upper Bavaria, died from gunshots and blunt force. The police announced on Monday that this was the preliminary result of the autopsy of the bodies. Accordingly, the two men – including the 59-year-old alleged perpetrator – died of gunshot wounds, their two partners of blunt force to the head. According to previous knowledge, the 59-year-old first killed the two twin sisters and then the 60-year-old. The suspect then allegedly committed suicide.

The investigation also found a farewell message from the alleged perpetrator, the police said on Monday. A police spokesman did not provide any information on the content and background of the crime – with reference to the personal rights of the bereaved. “It has been communicated that this is a relationship act,” said the spokesman. One must be satisfied with this information.

The four victims of the violent crime were found a few kilometers apart on Friday. A woman had found the 60-year-old alive in the garden of an apartment building and dialed the emergency call. The man died at the scene from his injuries. More than two hours later, a witness found the alleged perpetrator dead on a park bench. In his house, the investigators then discovered the two dead 57-year-old women.
