In the murder trial of the so-called ax murderer from Kalletal, the Detmold district court summoned eight witnesses from January. Statements are also made by a forensic doctor and a psychiatrist who are to assess the 36-year-old. According to the prosecution, the Azerbaijani killed a 39-year-old from Rinteln in Lower Saxony on June 18, 2022 while he was sleeping with an axe. After the fact, he is said to have raped his ex-girlfriend in the bathroom in the same apartment, who had previously also been sleeping in bed. This charge is supported by DNA analysis.
Driving style alerted the police
