The 24-year-old from Arsenal takes over the place in the back four, in which Antonio Rüdiger, Jonathan Tah and Benjamin Henrichs also start on the right in the starting line-up on Saturday evening (8.45 p.m./RTL). The Frankfurter Trapp replaces regular goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen, who canceled the two games against Turkey and on Tuesday in Vienna against Austria due to back problems.
Captain Ilkay Gündogan and Joshua Kimmich play in the midfield center, with Florian Wirtz and Julian Brandt in front of them. Niclas Füllkrug and Leory Sané play as strikers.
