A forsvarsforstærkning may very well be on the way in Brøndby IF, who seek to enhance themselves with the former FC Midtjylland-comet Bubacarr Sanneh.

It could be B. T.’s podcast ‘transfer window’ to tell last week, and now is fodboldekspert Per Frimann positively to the prospect that the strong gambianer returns to the premier League after an unsuccessful stay in Anderlecht.

“I think that it is really realistic. He has had it incredibly difficult in Anderlecht. And you will incredibly like to rent him out,” says Per Frimann for TV3 Sport.

Bubacarr Sanneh was bought for a staggering 60 million dollars in august 2018 of the belgian team, which Frimann has played in and has close links.

Sanneh, however, has flopped in a big way in Anderlecht and also in the Turkish Göztepe, as he is let out in this autumn.

“It’s difficult to explain, why he is gone so much down in Belgium, for he was absolutely fantastic in the FCM. He has had some problems down there, among other things, to lead the ball forward and with his technique,” says Frimann and continues:

“But I think that Brøndby can use him. He is a player that Niels Frederiksen can work really well with, if he came to the club.”

Brøndby IF is considering, according to the B. T. s information is, in the first instance, the possibility to rent Bubacarr Sanneh. It requires, however, that the Brøndby IF manage to sell midterforsvarer Hjörtur Hermannsson, who after three and a half years in the yellow jersey is ready for new pastures.
