Kaya Yanar (49) performs at the circus. However, the jokes of the German comedian only exist in Zurich. Yanar will appear there in the evening program of Circus Knie’s tour from May 6th to June 4th, as the circus announced.
Yanar, who was born in Frankfurt and has Turkish roots, lives in Switzerland with his Swiss wife and two children. He immediately turned the family idyll into a gag: “Since I’ve been married, I know that I belong in the ring,” Circus Knie quoted him as saying. “Because my wife keeps saying, ‘Don’t always do such a circus when doing the dishes!'”
