Sebastian Lege (44) uncovers the methods of the food industry again – for the first time also in restaurants. In the new episodes of his documentary series “ZDFbesseresser: Sebastian Lege reveals” on March 14 at 8:15 p.m. on ZDF, the chef and product developer takes on “The Tricks of Asian Restaurants”. A week later, on March 21, “Die Tricks der Deutschen Restaurants” will follow at prime time.

For the Asian restaurants, he takes a close look at various snack bars. The chef tests dishes such as spring rolls or popular pasta boxes. Unfortunately, prefabricated products are often used – this is the only way to have more than 100 dishes on a menu.
