Shein has opened the doors of its first ‘pop up store’ in Madrid. A first temporary physical point of sale that has been located at Calle Sandoval, 3 (Madrid), one of the most important commercial areas of the city. The first ephemeral store will be open from today, June 2, until next Sunday, June 5, and it seems that the sales that the Chinese fashion giant hopes to achieve will be a complete success.
From early in the morning, a long queue of its most loyal customers waited along the block to access a privileged position and be among the first to touch the garments that Shein has put on sale, for the first time in Madrid. , in a physical location.
Throughout these days, Shein offers Spanish consumers the possibility of having a physical shopping experience in women’s and men’s fashion, two key business lines for the brand in Spain.
«We have opened this pop-up to strengthen ties with our users and give our customers the possibility of living a physical shopping experience where they can buy the spring-summer 2022 trends. We love how the Spanish public appreciates the brand. We look forward to continuing to provide them with good service and offering good products,” said Mingjie Zhao, SHEIN’s Marketing Director.
The Ephímera space, the place chosen for this first pop up, has 300 square meters. It is an old glassworks and has an industrial chic style with art deco touches. For this first physical store in Spain, the space has acquired a very summery surfer style.
