In his own words, pop musician Wincent Weiss is looking forward to his gray hair. “I’m really keen on getting older and getting gray hair, but mentally I still want to stay in my mid-20s, just as wise as 80,” said the 30-year-old of the German Press Agency. For him, aging means becoming calmer, wiser and smarter.

Getting older doesn’t bother him when working with young talents either, said the coach from the music talent show “The Voice Kids”. “I think when you’re on The Voice Kids, you start to feel more like a kid again.” Then he doesn’t feel like a 30-year-old man, but more like a big brother “who has a little more experience, especially on stage,” said Weiss.

Nevertheless, adults could also learn something from the kids. “What you should really learn from children is this life energy, they are pure emotions. There is no polite clapping, there is no polite smile either, if they are bored, then you notice it. But if they are happy, then they are happy really, then they start to shine,” said Weiss.
