Anne Wunsch is pregnant – and would like to abort the child. The influencer, known from the series “Berlin – Day and Night”, announced this on Instagram. “I can’t keep it,” she wrote. As a result, the 31-year-old had to take a lot of criticism from users, both for her decision and for her public handling of the topic.
In her Instagram story, wishes turned to her followers and defended the move. “I made a conscious decision to take this public route,” she clarified. “I could have kept it a secret.” But: “I didn’t want to pretend that nothing happened.” It is important to her to deal with the topic “completely honestly”, explained the mother of three children.
She was aware of what it would mean to make her decision to have an abortion publicly known, said Wunsch – also how much hate and criticism she would get for it in the media and on Instagram. But she wanted to encourage other women who are in the same situation.
Once again, wishes defended her decision to abort the child. “I think there are reasons for choosing this path,” said the 31-year-old. “I understand if others don’t do it. That’s their life and vision. But you should also have understanding for women who have a different opinion.” This path is not easy for any woman.
The actress and influencer refuses interference from outside anyway. “My life has nothing to do with your life. My body has nothing to do with your body. My decision has nothing to do with your decision,” she explained on Instagram. She wants to continue taking her followers with her, “as far as I think it’s right”. Your decision is apparently made – you have carefully considered all options, explained wishes. Now she wants to look ahead: “My life still goes on.”
Anne Wunsch had previously announced her pregnancy in an emotional Instagram post and immediately stated that she wanted to have an abortion. “It just wouldn’t work,” Wunsch wrote. She already has three children and “can never do justice to everyone.”
