At the opening concert of US superstar Pink in Germany, the singer declared her love for Berlin. “Germany – Berlin – has always been one of my favorite places in the world,” said the 43-year-old in the capital’s Olympic Stadium.

“I am so grateful.” At the first of seven concerts on their international “Summer Carnival” tour in Germany, 60,000 fans came, as a spokesman for the organizers said.

Pink also had a surprise guest with her. Their 12-year-old daughter, Willow Sage Hart, took the stage midway through the song “Cover Me In Sunshine” and sang the hit with her mother. The thousands of fans were visibly surprised.

Pink raves about her daughter

“She got the best applause of the night,” Pink commented on her child’s performance. “She’s so good and she doesn’t even try that hard. She’s just that good.” Pink released the duet with her daughter in February 2021, when she said she felt the end of the world was near. At the time, the pandemic was still in full swing.

At the concert, which lasted more than two hours, Pink – whose real name is Alecia Moore – performed both her songs from the album “Trustfall”, which was released in February, as well as well-known hits such as “Get The Party Started” or “Raise Your Glass”. She sang the last song “So What” floating upside down in the air. The three-time Grammy winner is known for her acrobatic performances. In July, Pink can be seen at further concerts in Munich, Cologne and Hanover.
